What we collect
The information you enter in our forms. For nominations: your name, email, and phone, and the details and photos you share about the person nominated. For partners: your organization's details and your contact information. For donations: your name, email, phone if given, and gift amount. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To review nominations and confirm need with a local community partner, to coordinate with partner organizations, to process gifts and send receipts, and to contact you about the form you submitted.
Who sees it
The Tools for Good team, our board, the community partner helping verify a nomination, our payment processor for gifts, and, for families selected, the installation crew.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share it with The Men With Tools sales team or use it to market any product or service. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We text you only if you opt in. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
